What we collect

When you create an account, place an order, or submit an inquiry, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), shipping address (for orders), and the contents of any message you send us.

When you pay for an order, your card details are handled by our payment processors (Stripe and, for Ghana customers, Paystack). We don't store card numbers on our servers.

What we do with it

We use your information to fulfil your orders, respond to your inquiries, send you transactional emails about your account or orders, and improve our service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver your order (couriers, payment processors).

Cookies

We use cookies to remember your selected region, keep your shopping cart between visits, and (if you choose) keep you signed in. You can clear these from your browser at any time.

Your choices

You can update your profile, change your password, or delete saved addresses at any time through your account page. To delete your account entirely, please contact us.
